The in-game description of both skills are vague. I haven't notice either skill affecting fizzle rates either (I've never fizzled on a heal or ward, but I'm only level 52). Do they increase the amount healed by heals and stats raised by buffs or something? Thanks.

Fizzles were removed from the game a long time ago.+ Ministration supposedly increases the effectiveness of heals+ Disruption reduces the resist rate of damaging spells (it may marginally increase damage as well)+ Subjugation reduces resists on control spells (charm/mez/root)+ Ordination reduces reists on debuffsAre there others? Brain is fuzzy

+ Ministration slowly reduces the power cost on all ministration spells(around 30 less power on group heal for example with maxxed battle leadership aa).+Disruption increases your Spell To Hit chance on Disruption spells similar to adding AGI increases melee/range to hit accuracy.+Subjugation would incease our to hit on snares/mezzes/roots if we had any, since the removal of a old spell back when we had crusader spells before level 19, that skill has not increased for me 1 point, even with testing with the snare on the agility line aa.+Ordination increases the to hit on Debuffs like Doom Rays and Group Taunt and such, would suprise me if Master's Strike uses that too on the defense debuff. The best day was when Fizzles was removed, now we get to deal with 10 thousand mobs with interupt/knockback capabilities, heheh.

A bit of incorrect information above. Ministration comments are entirely correct. Ordination does reduce resistability of debuff spells (the ones that, when examined, say "Mastery: Ordination"). It has nothing to do with melee-based debuffs landing; if the melee attack lands, you get your debuff. (Brigands and swashbucklers have debuffs out the wazoo, but no ordination skill at all.) It also doesn't affect the debuffing portion of our group taunt; that's an Aggression skill. Also, Doom Rays secondary effect is a dispell, not a lasting debuff. Ordination is also the "casting skill" for buffs, but since your groupmates don't resist your spells, this doesn't matter. The skill will go up when you cast your proc buffs and such, but it won't improve them in any way. I don't believe paladins have any real use for Ordination, for this reason... all our skills that can be resisted check Disruption (or Aggression, for taunts). Disruption does improve resist rates for all spells that say "Mastery: Disruption" when examined, but I've never heard of AGI being related to melee hit rates; I have heard it being considered a dump stat for plate tanks, which makes me doubt that it affects hit rates (not at my EQ2 computer at the moment to check.) Subjugation comments are entirely correct. (EDIT: stupid smileys)

Agility Agility is a measure of your character's nimbleness and dexterity. It can improve your character's ability to physically hit targets, and make your character harder to hit (avoidance). Agility also affects the maximum Power pool for Scouts. It helps on your to hit chance, the amount of agility needed to raise it up takes alot, which is more than many paladins may want to devote to versus increasing sta or str. Many ACT parses of the same zone with similar group format has shown it does indeed effect melee and range accuracy. Ordination: "This is how well you use spells that augment your friends and weaken your enemies." This skill reduces the full-resist chance of debuffs and appears to have no effect on buffs. On the matter of Doom Rays and group taunt i was going off memory, but once again i am not in game to verify, but isnt consecration using ordination or is it castigation?

Yeah, we'll get it right eventually. The consecration line (which is only a nuke with no buff/debuff effect) is typed as Ordination, so greater ordination will increase its hit chance... That's probably a bug, and it should be checking Disruption. (Wardens have a similar problem... single root and group root... one's Subjugation, which is correct, the other's Ordination.) And /dynamicdata Stats.Attack shows agility does not increase attack rating. (Have to use /dynamicdata since attack rating is no longer on the persona window.) Mousing over your agility score on the persona window also says it only affects avoidance (and power, if you're a scout.) with all my gear: At STR 566, AGI 381, my attack rating is 1578. with all my AGI-but-no-STR gear removed: At STR 566, AGI 232, my attack rating is still 1578. with all my STR-but-no-AGI gear removed: AT STR 491, AGI 381, my attack rating drops to 1541. ...so attack rating falls with lower STR, but not lower AGI. If your parser showed a small increase in hit rate with an increase in AGI (and you didn't have a similar increase in STR), it was probably the effect of the random number generator, or various skill and stat buffs and debuffs being different on each run.

Agi does take effect on your chances to hit your target, not on your attack rating
