<p>So does Siphon Hate transfer 3% hate from each group member = 15% total hate transfer, or does it x-xfer 3% total hate that the group generates?</p><p>"Effect: Transfers 3% of the group member (AE)'s current Threat to the caster"</p>

<p>3% from each group member != 15% hate.  It equals 3% from each group member.</p><p>Eg:  </p><p>Warlock does 2000 dps.  We get 60 from him.  Healer does 900 hate from heals and whatever.  We get 27 from him.  3 other random dps do 1800, 2100, and 3200.  We get 54, 62, and 96 respectively.</p><p>Total hate generated was: 10000.  We got: 300 hate which is . . . . 3%</p><p>Kinda pathetic, really.  </p>

/agreed...it is pathetic when you look at it compared to amends, but that's not a fair comparison. I believe its made to work with Death March in tandem. TBH, I'd say these two abilities combined are better then amends since the pally needs a single target to stay alive in order to have decent aggro control. If for some reason that person dies, their aggro control sucks quite a bit so for that reason Amends is a crutch...one disability we don't have to live with.

<p>but then you forget sigil of heroism, their lvl 52 ancient - 36% of groups hate transferred to caster for 15seconds</p><p> if that aint enough for someone to notice a dead player....</p><p>siphon hate is terrible - AND it costs concentration, which doesnt work very well with some of the new top end raiding items that require a concentration</p>
