Station players problems

I went and bought the All in One package after my free trial period was up. Now that I have that attached to my account, I still can't go to certain areas of the web site. I have no problems with EQ II, but trying to get to the Station Players area of the web site.. I want to see special toon spells and so on. I can't do all that. Is there some code I was suppose to get when I bought the All-in-One package? I need some help.

Station Access will grant you access to all games and extra character slots, for $29.99 USD.  Station Players is something different that will allow access to eq2players item database and other fucntions. these are .99 or $2.99 for them all.
