ok here I go yet again, back in around early may I was forced to quit as I was getting huge packet loss and high pings just from casting any spell in any zone. I found out few weeks later that comcast was having issues routing through AT&T why that affected me I've no idea as I'm uk on virginmedia! at the time I was using vm's standard speedtouch usb modem when this problem happened I would get a red light flashing on the modem and have to reboot.

Changed to a billion router and things improved by about1% so I quit playing untill I heard about the fix that AT&T were supposed to be making and,,,, things went back to almost normal BUT! instead of heavy packet losse every few seconds I'm still getting really high pings from 120 right up to 5,000! this is driving me utterly nuts lately and things are not improving I could zone from sq to ant and perhaps open my inventory and my ping will go from 250 to 1,200! below is a route trace I've done today!

Tracing route to amseq2-03-01.everquest2.com [195.33.139.96]over a maximum of 30 hops: 0 canning-a6d35b5 [192.168.1.100] 1 192.168.1.254 2 brnt-bam-2.network.virginmedia.net [194.145.148.7] 3 brnt-t3core-1a-ge-110-0.network.virginmedia.net [195.182.179.125] 4 bre-bb-a-as0-0.network.virginmedia.net [213.105.174.245] 5 pari-ic-1-so-000-0.network.virginmedia.net [62.253.188.98] 6 AT-and-T-GLOBAL-NETWORK.sfinx.tm.fr [194.68.129.252] 7 32.119.116.129 8 vl50.amsixmsfc-1.sonyonline.net [195.33.129.76] 9 195.33.139.96

Computing statistics for 225 seconds... I would like to get this finally sorted or I'm really thinking of quitting for good as I'm paying from something that is not running as well as it used to be from a problem which I can't solve
