Unable to change subscription status on trial account

Hi there, we have a guild member who was trying to change the subscription status on his son's trial account but everytime he want to put in his card details and submit, he just kept getting 'Error' appearing on the screen. Was there a problem with the account system due to the stress testing of the Station Launcher at the weekend?
