Cloak and deaggro

<p>I am woundering what kind of cloak i shuld try to get when im lvl 80. I cant find any cloak that seems to be absolutly right for a ranger.</p><p>And isen't it kind of sad that oure deaggrobuff is a level 53 spell. The only way to have a chanse to get M1 on that is to turn of xp for 6 month and farm every possible instance and hope for a drop. Otherwise u only have like 3 days to get it to drop before everything is grayed out with the speed on leveling these days.</p>

The best cloak you can get is the RE2 scout cloak.  If you dont have  a haste item, there is the MC cloak that gives +25 i think. If you are talking about which god cloak, the best one is Zek but you have to go exile for that. On the good side, it is Marr.

There a ton of cloaks to choose from. Figure out what you need at the time like: haste? dps? RC?
