Download keeps cancelling

I had to do a fresh install a couple days ago and got around to getting everything up to date, the problem I'm having with EQ2 is that the patcher now cancels the download automatically after downloading the Charb.vpk file every time. Everytime I try to redownload it starts at the this same file also and then cancels again, any ideas?
