char transfer issue

<p>hi, i want to transfer my char to another server, i use the char transfer service in eq2 website, .however, my char name has been taken on that server, so it prompt me to rename my char, sad to say , no matter wat names i key in, it keep prompting me invalid or error.</p><p>So is there anything i could resolve this issue?</p>

<p>One make sure all your armor is repaired, and nothing is suppose to be in shared bank.  Your name also has be one not in use on other server too. If after this it still fails then contact soe support. Make sure you are trying to move to a valid server as well, since you cant move between PvP and PvE (either way), and you cant move off a station exchange server.
