Swashbuckler Epic issue

Do I miss something that I have to do before attacking the octopus at EL docks?I spawned it by clicking on the chest at the ship wreck and he will attack me. Shortly after the mob resets, no matter what I try.Does anyone have any solution how to keep it fighting?

It's prolly leashed. You got to fight it down where it spawns.

Had a similar issue, seemed bugged. Even when I went to it, it would not agg. I would hit it on the head and get to agg for a second, and sometimes it would agg, kill one of my party, then reset.After all kinds of stuff to aggro it, I was about to give up and try another day, when our conj. decided to pet pull it. It worked great, we just had to get it outside of the ship to keep it agged, otherwise it would reset, whether we were in the ship or not.

having the same issue on my swash alt...tried several times and he just keeps resetting...i sent a bug report in...maybe SOE knows about this?

<p>The octipus is completely doable with 5 people, you could actualy kill him with just you and a healer.. hell i kited his but around. </p><p>Neways, as far as the bug goes, no clue, I have been done with the quest for some time now.
