Changing from Station Access to regular subscription

<p>I'm trying to downgrade my subscription from Station Access to a regular monthly subscription.  I've been able to cancel the Station Access account, but I can't seem to figure out how to subscribe to EQ2 only.  It keeps re-offering station access, and when I decline to take it, it only offers me station access as an option.</p><p>Can someone help me find the obvious "subscribe to EQ2 only" button that I seem to be missing?</p><p>Thanks!</p>

You will need for the station accsess paid time to be done I believe, PM me your station name so I can verify.

Something to note when doing this, if you had station access long enough that you got your Adventure Packs from there,  even though you added RoK to your account you may lose access to those AP's.  Happeend to me about 2 months back however a call into customer service and it was taken care of.

<p>You need to let it run all the way out and close, <em>then</em> you'll see the regular options you're looking for.</p>

<p>Ok, without going to the forums last night I decided to change my account from Station Access to a regular subscription.  I admit I got very confused and accidently added platnimum/extended II to my account and paid a year subscription.  I told it to cancel this and it only cancelled the yearly re-ocurring charges.  The account doesn't seem to go active until October 26th (which made me feel like I did the right thing until one of the guys in my guild explained my error) when my station access payment is due.</p><p>How do I get the extended cancelled and my money back so I can do this the right way.</p><p>Seriously guys, the way you set up the subscriptions is a bit confusing now with Extended verse Regular subscriptions.  I just want to move from Station Access to Regular.</p><p>Thanks for your help.</p><p>Nevermind, I called in and they fixed everything, great phone support!!!</p>
