Get <a href="http://home.maine.rr.com/eqaditu/ACT/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">ACT</a>, then get the <a href="http://actparse.freeforums.org/single-double-attack-detection-notification-v1-0-1-2-t20.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">double attack.cs</a> plugin. Configured properly, it'll beep when your auto attack lands, and will even let you know if it's a single or double attack.

now my question is, are you trying to time them just because some noob said it's the best way to optimize your DPS or are you actually capped in haste/dps/str/da all at the same time?
