lambent blessing or gleaming strike?

I always figured the gleaming strike is superior because it hits hard and also helps with both +/- agro control.  But Ive been noticing that on broker I almost always see lambent blessing and never gleaming strike.  (Im not going to buy, Im just using the broker to lookup what is next available so I can have mats ready.)  But if lambent blessing is so popular then am I missing something about the value?  Lambent blessing says it adds to spells so Im not clear why it would even be on fistwraps.  Does it add to ca, and is it better than gleaming strike?

If it's still on the broker, that means it isn't selling. The reality of what you're actually seeing is crafter put both on the broker and the gleaming strike weapons sell off more quickly leaving the lambent blessing left to rot on the broker. Give me gleaming strike any day over lambent blessing.
