arasai wings missing now? Is this intended?

I have a few toons who specifically were made arasai for their wings to stay during petrified eye illusions. I cant find anything in any update notes that this was changing, is this a bug or as intended? If intended, Im pretty dissapointed to say the least, I invested alot of time in developing a persona for them, like betraying, ect, all while thinking the wings were intended. Especially since theres no petrified fairy anything, it was super nice keeping the wings. Color me sad atm.

I'm 90% sure this was an intended change and was done a few GUs ago. I can't remember if they stated the change in the GU notes but a quick perusal of the last 5 or so update notes in the Game Update Notes forum should net you the answer.You're not the only one disappointed by the change but I can't really disagree with the fix either. It was definitely one of those things that was nice but broken.
