EQ2Players Why am I paying for this?

I pay $3 a month for this service, and it's never updated, and it never seems to be correct.  I feel I should be getting a better level of quality for the money I pay for it.  Are there any plans to upgrade, improve, or at least fix the current system?  If not I'm not really seeing the reason to keep paying for it.

I put in a ticket because of this yesterday. It was closed at 7PM yesterday, with only a few things fixed. I have since responded to SOE Support with no response yet.So far, heres what is working, and what is broken with my serviceWorking:Inventory is updated as of yesterdayLevel History is updated as of 2 days ago (Wasn't until today)My deleted characters are finally deleted from EQ2PlayersBroken:Main Profile (It shows I haven't logged in since December of 07 on my main, and still shows me as a 71 Warlock, as well as in a guild I am not in)New character created as of Saturday is not in my list of alts yetNot sure if my stats/leaderboard info is correct (Have to see the numbers in game to decide)My new guild is non-existant on the site.I pay for this service because I want to see every aspect of my character. If the auto-updater isnt fixed soon, Im probably going to quit paying for station players as well.Edit:LOok below at my sig.  I haven't been a 71 Warlock since Sunday.  I haven't been in Azure Skies since Last Thursday.  And my new guild, Agents of Chaos, does not exist.

Hmm it's 3 dollars extra? May consider shelling the extra $$ for this, thought it only came with 'the Station Pass'

It's always been wrong/out of date to a certain degree.That is 'normal service' so you should just decide if the current level of service is worth $3 or not, cos it won't get any better.

Well, one of the things you mentioned (Last played) is free, and it works for me.I'd say stop paying for it for a month, maybe it'll be fixed then. =D

<p>I think everyone should stop paying for it...my Trade and Combat levels havent been updated in FORVER... Im 61 bruiser now and it last updated when I hit 45. The only thing that updated recently was a few armor changes and my transmuter level.</p><p> Its a shame that they have the audacity to charge for such a bad site, but as long as people keep putting up 3 bucks a month for a completely useless site why should they pay any attention to it. The only thing that speaks to big corporations is revenue so stop giving it to them and maybe we can get some response.</p>
