I was in a group in Wailing Caves when the video portion of the game froze. I could hear them fighting and guildmates talking with the voip still. I waited but it did not correct itself so I did ctrl+alt+del and did "end task". That didn't work after 5 minutes or so. I then did it again except end process this time. I went to relog and everything began normally except I got a "fatal error" after it checked patching and all. Picture attached. I did a full scan but nothing changed and that's when I took this screenshot.

This is an issue caused by a corrpt directX file. YOu will probably want to do the following.DirectX9.0c from Microsofthttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...;DisplayLang=enYou will need to reboot your PC in SAFEMODE.
To Get to Safe mode you will need to restart your PC. As soon as it turns back on, start holding down the F8 Key. You should be offered a option screen then instead of it booting into Windows right away. You will want to select SAFE MODE with NETWORKING.

Windows will now load, but it will look different from what you are used to. After it is finished loading go ahead and install the DirectX. After this is installed, you will need to reboot the PC normally and try again to start the game.

If all goes well, the game will load perfectly, and you should have no errors.
