Broken Epic Proc. SoE Incompetence or Apathy?

I know I've /bugged this ad nausiem.  I've pointed it out on class and item forums.  In fact Aerilik acknowledged the bug and promised a fix in GU47 in a posting on the item discussion boards.I've got about 300 megs of log file since GU 47, and STILL no proc on this item.This is an extreme irritation for me, as guild MT, I'll likely never get my coercer alt's mythical done, and would sure like for the fabled version to, well, I dunno, actually work?2cp

Is this procing for anyone else?  Or just no one cares its been broken since it was introduced?

<p>I've seen it proc, the icon is the same as FT when it existed (you see a face, zoomed to the eye with a light above the eye, on the forehead) if you talk about the 20% mana reduction.</p><p>But I don't know if others had it though.</p>

I've got gigs of logs without one reference to the proc on the fabled version of the epic.I've also not seen the icon.Is it possible it is procing on melee strike only?Aerlik confirmed there was a problem with the proc before the last GU and stated it would be fixed with GU47.  I've still not parsed a proc on it since GU47, so I'm assuming it is still broken.

I didn't look on logs but I know it procs, on the mythical though ... fabled I don't know

The fabled version procs for me. I'm not sure exactly which spells will do it , but I've had it trigger from casting hostage without me (or anything else) doing any melee attacks on the mob.Nothing gets added to the logfile when it triggers though.-Karelyn-

I've seen it proc, a number of times since the last update.Why anyone would care about this proc is another matter entirely, unless you have a wizard in your group that wants to time manaburn to it.  Otherwise it is an utter waste of code, much like the taunt proc on mythical version.
