I'm having serious problems with the state and service of help.station.sony.com. I have no idea where to address it to, so I hope someone can help me with this and is able to toss this into the organisation. If you don't know why, read this post first.1) E-mail support(http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?p_sid=X7eBCsaj&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=&p_lva=10404)Since you gotta have a station name, why do I still have to fill in my full name? And where can I enter an e-mail address when I want to send? Because when I do, it says I have to use the Back button to enter one. And why should I? I have a verified e-mailaddress also. This problem is new, since I succeeded a few days ago.2) Service Historyhttp://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...amp;p_lva=10404This is not working and an announcement:The Questions section of the Service History tab has been disabled for maintenance. In order to view your incident, please check the email address tied to your account for an email response with the information. If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please submit a new incident including the old incident ID number for reference. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and hope to have the system working normally soon.3) certificate-domain errors (SSL related)I found several mismatches (I get the warnings from both IE7.0 and FF3.0) -> sloppy!Blackholing e-mail supportSymptom: every sent question is blackholedSteps to reproduce:a) go to help.station.sony.comb) login with your station namec) go to tab Email supportd) submit a problem (which in my case failed, see point 1))e) within a few days you get some answer that often doesn't resemble your question. I can provide several severe cases... *snicker*. It also says:"Recently you requested personal assistance from the Sony Online Entertainment Support center. Below is a summary of your request and our response. We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 72 hours."f) since the wrong SOE-person answered, you want to correct them, so you reply to the support people trying to use the tab Service History. This won´t work (see point 2)). So, you follow the instructions and do as told in that inactivated Service History tabg) when you reply, using the old incident ID number for reference, you wait and wait and wait.Furthermore, I get e-mails about incidents I sent months and months ago, with new answers. What is this about??Message to SOEFix your current service procedure. And test it before using it. Also hire people that are able to read and interpret the information. For me the current procedure is abominal.
