I'm no expert, but as I understand it the ideas for using the Strength line were mainly:1. Save the price of weapons2. Better DPS, when compared to ordinary weapons2. Quick route for solo survivability & levellingSo, the timing of when you switch away from the Strength line depends more on how many Achievement Points you have to spend and whether you are now able to get decent weapons (either as drops or broker bought). The general consensus seemed to be that Fabled weapons were the level that beat bare fists, but I'm not sure if that is still true now that there have been a few "upgrades" (i.e. master crafted and legendary, adorned, might be better than bare knuckles too now).As to "where do I go from there?" - Well, it seems to me that most answers have seemed to suggest maxing the INT & WIS lines, but I haven't really seen much agreement on whether to spend the last in STA or AGI or even STR. Where to spend the last points appears to be more a playstyle choice.Personally, on my monk I've aimed to max INT & AGI, so that I get the FD a chum ability.Below are a couple of links that might help you make up your own mind:http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=408980http://www.eq2flames.com/monks/2229...-specs-etc.html

I see no reason not to keep STR till the end of T7. It makes soloing nameds much easier with Chi.

Come T8 the weapons just get much better, especially if you raid, and get your epic/mythical.

SOE really needs to tweak that STR line so it has *some* appeal in T8.

Personally, I switched once I hit 72 and could use MC t8 weapons.
