<p>I don't know if this is the correct forum but I'm in need of some help.</p><p>My sister just got the game so her and I could play together. We've been playing fine for two hours, when suddenly she gets disconnected and is brought back to the character select screen. She tries to log back on but when she does she appears in North Qeynos with 0% life and mana - though she's alive and once again gets knocked back to the character select screen. She was able to get on for a few minutes to zone into Antonica, but shortly afterwards she was kicked again.</p><p>We've tried nearly everything. We've tried lowering the quality of the graphics, we've tried exiting out of the game completely, we've tried logging into a different character, and we've tried retarting the entire computer. She's still having this issue.</p><p>It's frusterating, because her and I were playing together with zero problems earlier. Is there any suggestions to fixing this issue?</p>
