Billing confusion with living legacy and Rok box purchase

<p>Greetings, I purchased RoK while living legacy was going on. When I was in account section it said there was 60 days on my account before I added the code in the RoK box. After I entered the code it said my next billing date went from the start of august to the end of august. It seemed as though RoK added an extra month to my account?</p><p>Today however my account just ran out. Is this a glitch or did RoK really not add an extra month ontop of the living legacy promotion time? </p><p> If I had known my account was going to run out I would have subscribed in july to get those extra rewards the launcher talked about =(</p>

The living legacy gave a 60 day free play time that started at a certain day and ended 60 days later (regardless of when you signed in).  So unless you signed in at that first day of the promo, you would not gain the full 60 days.Were you billed on August 1st?  RoK "should" give you 30 days free (if you purchased it)....however had you just subbed for one month after the promo, you would have received RoK for free.  If you have some concerns, it would be best to contact Account support via phone or live chat.*edit* as long as you subbed to your living legacy promo account, then you should gain everything according to the Living Legacy page.

<p>It wasn't just an expansion though it was the box version of RoK that included everything. The $35US one. Said on the front bottom includes 30 days of gameplay. </p><p> I already resubscribed but some word on this if I misunderstood something or if there was a glitch somewhere would be appreciated! If you read that 30 day caluse you will see it says"30 days subscription for new subscribers."If you had the game on your account previous to this purchase you would not get those 30 days.
