<p>SK spell cast timers are wrong..</p><p>on a 1.82 casting time on tap arteries, its taking more like 3 seconds</p><p>It's not just Tap Arteries either, try Crimson circle, and any other spell </p><p>To me it looks like casting reduction effects are not working. It shows the reduction in the spell description, but its not changing at all in real world conditions.</p><p>Whats the deal with that ?</p>

<p>Right now, according to time devices, Such as stop watch's..</p><p>Shadowknights are seeing a .40sec penalty to spells, rangeing from all types. Its especially Evident on the higher casting spells of 1.82 and above. .91 second spells are seeing around 1.22 actual cast times.</p><p>*this is with STR endline Ability With so called Improveing Cast Timers ..</p>

There is definitely something wonky with cast timers.

<p>Fix this ASAP please. .4 more seconds on spells is a huge amount of time when you are tanking at all...means a bunch more interrupts which is one of the most annoying things about being a spell casting tank.</p>

<p>I'm a Guard and I see this as a big problem can be a start to ballancing as this has been messed up for a long time now fix it plz.</p>
