And *I think* the double attacks both have a chance to proc effects like hurricane? Let me know if I am wrong on that.Thanks for you opinions, and for any explanation you may have.

If you dual wield dbl attack matters a lot, so the second one is better IMO. If you are fencing or tank spec (!?), there shouldn't be a big difference in DPS. Now considering you play on a pvp server as far as I know, the second one is definitely better for PVP since it brings more HPs. And since you play on a pvp server i would suggest to stop slacking and get your pvp pants, problem solved <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

well on a pve if I was useing id probably go for the first. you get the bennifit of the str as well as the agi. And power never hurts cause using all those spells you use alot. But the main thing is the crit. I always max everything toward crit. And as a result I crit alot. Now it's not just a big number it means that your spells aernt doing the least dmg they can do.So since I always find criting the important I choose the first

get your veeshans peak pants like my alt did on pvp tbh.i would just use the fabled ones for health i guess meh
