Does this effect the heals from our shielding spell?

<p>Doesn't do a thing for us, all our crits on Lifetaps including our reactive lifetap are based off our spell crit chance, for SKs any points put into that ability is wasted.</p><p>Also I really don't want it changed, I personally like it being based off our spell crit, now if only our Lifetaps meant anything in tier 8.</p>
