<p>After successfully (and easily) transferring one account to a different server last week, i decided to transfer my other character too, so thought "easy enough process, will take just a few minutes again". But no. Ran through the same process, filled out all required info, again, and submitted. Received the automated thank you, being processed etc...response again, another email to follow after completion again.</p><p>This attempt to transfer a character failed, with the only reason give as "we encountered an error during the process". Ok, i thought, perhaps i filled in something wrong. I'll leave it 24 hours and try again. Ran through the same procedure once more, double checking everything, and the transfer failed again. Right, thought i, i'll ring my card company and check if there is a problem with my card (working fine the week before). "No problems here sir", they tell me. "We can confirm last weeks transaction, and there is no reason at our end why another identical purchase would be blocked, certainly not our doing".</p><p>The reason i included all the info above is to dispel any suggestions i may have done something wrong. I havent. My card is good, information is accurate. </p><p>So please, can anyone who knows, tell me if there is a problem with the service at the moment?</p><p> Many thanks</p>
