All character profiles blocked?

<p>All characters i look up give the "Acces denied" message. Even my own chars, which are definitely not blocked. What's up? Did i miss something?</p>

Same here, even logged in and cant see any details of MY OWN characters.Also char of the day, prefs, all a total mess. I'll also open an official ticket on the SOE helpdesk.

Yea - apparently I left my guild too according to the Guild Chat function here on eq2players! Well anyways - im sure they will fix it soon

It's not an account by account problem... the whole EQ2 Players website is borked. Doesn't even matter if you're logged in or not. There's a ticket open on the issue in the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=424930" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">other thread</a>.

I also tried, retried until I finally got a ticket on that crappy `new` support site. I bet it will stay open for 4 weeks and after that they´ll tell me they can´t reproduce it.... I am afraid it will never change unless you call them. But coming from the Netherlands, I´m not gonna call overseas. And their chat support gave errors too, and a 9h difference. When it's my bedtime, they open.Anyway, just checked, it works again. Great for the info in advance or checking tickers or checking support forums... *NOT*
