Another newbie question

<cite>Totengraeber wrote:</cite><blockquote><p>Hi;</p><p>I am returning after 3 years off from eq2 and i know i have messed up my AA's big time.</p><p>My question is how do i respec my AA's and where do i do it, and is it free?</p><p>Thanks in advance.</p><p>==============================</p><p>One never know.  Do one?</p></blockquote><p>Everyone should have 1 "free" respec of both the Crusader and SK trees.  Further, if you talk to the Achievement Counselor in the NFP Mage guild basement 2x, then you get 2 cards that grant an additional 5 "free" respecs for both trees.</p><p>After that, you gotta pay.  If you respec less than 1x every 30 days you will always pay the lowest cost, which is 10s.  If more often, then the cost increases.</p><p>TBH, if you search the forums here you should be able to find a good AA setup, respec 1x to that, and call it a night.  No need to get out of the cards, IMO.  And if you do want a "tank spec" vs a "dps spec" you can also get an AA mirror made and store your AA spec in it and just swap back and forth for free.  I think there's a 24 hour re-use timer on that, but I'm not 100% sure on that since for the SK there's not really any reason to do so.  Nor on my coercer or warlock.  I can see my necro wanting a solo spec vs group/raid spec, though.  But that's neither here nor there for an SK.</p><p>Edit: Embarrassing typo.</p>

(am at work), but i put 1 here and 1 there and 1 here, etc.  </p><p>No consistency of any kind so i figured, now that i read up on them, i could follow a more logical method.</p><p>Thnaks again gang.</p>
