World Event Appearance Items I can't find....

Has anyone seen these on the vendors yet? Okay...this question may sound ignorant, but...I was under the impression the Void Storms event is vanishing with GU 47...so how would these items be available from doing the quest if it gets removed? Do you just accumulate the commendations from the Academy/Concordium <i><b>now</b></i>, and hope you have enough?Like I said, it may sound ignorant...but this is really baffling me.Edit: Spelling

Including the item needed for the note.</span></blockquote><p>Fight them now, even before GU47?  Ok.  Is there still only one place to hand in the quest and get a second in Qeynos?  Is there any place in Sands or KOS?  I think I've seen the tempests in KOS.  It would be nice to be able to turn in the quest there too.  Is there a list of places to fight these? </p>

I'm not sure that I'd recommend stocking up too much on the notes before the update (unless you plan to spend them right away). My Test toon didn't have any in inventory when GU47 got patched but I did hear others mention that old notes had disappeared with the update. That may have been a bug though.edit: All the changes (eg. new items, fighting the storms) are part of GU47 so not live yet.  When the update goes live, check at the mage's tower to find out about the continuing storms.  I believe that after you complete the new quest once you won't need to keep going back to town to turn in (just buy stuff), that the Arcane Science and Concordian researchers will be able to take the turnins.
