If you charm a lot wis line, better chance that charm doesn't break and your stuns hit easier.Str specc if you don't charm a lot and want to trigger melee reactive when you hit the mob.

I don't find Perpetuity to be all that useful soloing, though, so I would say get 4-1 in AGI becuz Chronosiphoning is nice for casting control spells faster if needed, then go down the Coercive line on the coercer tree -- the additional procs to your damage spells will do more damage than the 15% boost the INT line gives -- but that said, get the INT line too

After that. . . wherever you want really. Frankly, I can't imagine using the STR line for AA's at all. Running in to melee range on purpose when I'm in cloth is not my idea of a way to stay alive. . . .

ever tryed str line?

In my option charming is not the only way to solo mobs.

Yes str line depents on your playstyle too tough, but mobs can allways try to hit you even your are ranged, i only think about the alterantive that you could stun the mob and during that you can hit it with you melee weapon.
