T8 Majestic Cloak - DPS?

I've always wondered why the T8 Majestic cloak has such a nice caster effect (2% to base damage) and then such a worthless stat to go along with it (+2 DPS). These two things just don't go together (maybe they do for some, but that seems *really* niche).Was this supposed to be +2 spell crit? The fire emerald orbs have +2 crit and +50 spell damage, so seems like +2 crit on this cloak is plausible.If 2 crit isn't possible, how about changing to something along the lines of DPS but that's valuable to mages like +2 cast or +2 reuse or something?This is a good cloak, this just seems like totally wasted itemization points.

IMO it seems like a hybrid purpose cloak.  Theres a lot of classes that benefit from both bonuses.

Uh... I would have to say that any melee class that wears this cloak doesn't know what they're doing. Hybrids get the bulk of their DPS from auto-attack. There are far better cloaks available for anybody who swings a weapon semi-seriously.2 DPS is miniscule anyway. Even hybrids would benefit from changing it to spell haste or reuse reduction.
