The reason that most melee classes in RoK do much more damage is simply through items with +crit/+ca-damage. Since SKs however only have half the benefit from that, our damage wasn't boosted the same way, so if they stop to differ between CAs and spells, and item always have +CA and +SPELL damage/crit that would help a good bit.</p>

<p>In general we want the same things as every other tank def/parry/block ect.</p><p>The primary issue is we are spread thin in between Melee and spells.</p><p>If an item has 30 str 30 agi 30 sta for example. Shadowknights need 30 str 30 agi 30 sta 30 int to gain equal effect to a warrior. Paladins need 30 str 30 agi 30 sta 30 int 30 wis to get the same effect.</p><p>If an item has +2 melee crit for exampleCrusaders need +2 melee crit and +2 Spell Crit to gain equal effect to a warrior. </p><p>If an item has +50 CA damage for exampleCrusaders need +50 CA Damage and +50 spell Damage</p><p>If an item has +5 to Crush/pierce/slash for exampleCrusaders need +5 to Crush/Pierce/Slash/Disruption</p><p>Additionally our spells cast much slower than warrior and monk attacks but do not deal more damage so large crusader incrimental casting speed bonuses would be welcome. on crusader specific gear 5 - 10% on an item would not be out of Balance.</p><p>Crusaders are the only tanks who can be interrupted while casting attacks with normal attacks from the enemy. Placing +focus on items with +defense or +parry may be a way to improve this. </p><p>The important thing is the points system that has been mentiond for use in creation of items is broken in the case of "hybrid" classes. we have more requirements in order to reach the same efeectiveness as the "simple" (not meant to be deragatory as they too require skill to play at thier best) classes</p><p>Please consider expanding the nature of item creation to broaden the effectiveness of items to reflect the variety in game of how Crusaders need to tackle thier jobs as tanks.</p><p> Thank you</p>

What happened to Darkc's 100+ post 10 page SK issues thread we had? We should have gotten that sticked or at least have a thread merge with the new SK issues thread. There's massive amounts of goodness in that original thread already.</span>

Once we've stood still for 2 seconds we can't be interupted?</p><p>Just thinking out loud.</p>
