Re-subscribed , living legacy

I recently renewed my subscription, after a month or so of playing during the living legacy event. Did a month re-curring. I've yet to see on my account to where it shows that I own the expansions and various other adventure packs, I've yet to receive any in game claimables as well, I had contacted a GM in game, but have yet to get a response after about a week now.

As far as I know, the living Legacy promo does not end until the end of the monthm so you should not have been charged yet.  Perhaps it wont show up until your are actually charged?
