<p>Is this piece for real?  We are talking almost 200 mitigation higher than any other Brawler piece out there.  Then with our armor bonus in defensive, this seems like the first piece that can rival plate armor just without the big bonuses to defense or deflection.  But for that big of a boost I would gladly take a slight avoidance penalty.  This is first brawler armor piece that I have seen that makes me say... wow I want that.  If they end up having pants to match it, that would end up being a class altering set.  To bad the requirements are so high to get this piece or a mythical, but there is always something to look forward to I guess. </p><p><a href="http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/856206917" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/856206917</a></p>

<p>It is a very nice piece.  I use it for both DPS and tanking.  for DPS, the proc it deals is on every CA, plus it will deal slightly more damage than listed when the mob is properly debuffed, usually around 212.  </p><p>  It's an excellent all around piece for both offensive and defensive bruisers.  </p>
