<p>Was latish when patch was done  but did get a few things done.  Random named in JW, treasured chests.  Chardok 7 named kills (between first and second bird)  = 2 Masters (level 79 and 72), 5 Ornate chests.  I did enjoy seeing the exquisite chests, have never seen any from zone named in there before.   KC 5 named = 5 ornate, zone is still way too much work  to be fun.  </p><p>I'm looking forward to checking out Seb tomorrow.</p>

The upgrades to level 1-69 gear to "create a better progression from Timorous Deep to level 80 Rise of Kunark zones" is very nice.  Most items I compared with Live had several upgrades, in some cases fairly substantial ones.  Including several HQ items which previously weren't really worth bothering to wear.I like the new crafting faction wear, although... do we really have to show off our white panties? <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  they especially stand out against the black fabric.

Erm... if this is already on Test, can we please get the notes posted in the "Test Update Notes" forum?  There's already been at least one minor patch to both test and live which have no notes there, but have notes if you hit the "Update Notes" button on the patcher.

It does not appear to be.  The npc mentioned to speak to in the patch notes had nothing new for me, and others were seeming to find the same thing.

I can kill void-beasts and tempests, but it gives no drops and there is no new quests within Freeport academy. 300+ times? Wow. THat's about 270+ times too many for me LOL.Folks on test are still working the quest.  They are enjoying questing. If you want to know all the rewards roll a toon on Testcopy and grind through )).Test is fun. Quiet, definitely quiet. Fun.You have waaaaaay more energy than I do.  I grind at work. I grind at school. I choose NOT to grind during my off, EQ2 hours ))

I just read the notes and whoo...something I asked for in Rothgar's "what bugs you the most" result thread is coming to live, group SoW casting...looks like no more single cast, single cast, single omg cast...Could someone with SoW on Test please give any info on this?  Can you still single cast or is it group cast only?  Is it like a blue ae where you get everything as you cast or a green where it's encounter locked?Thanks in advance!

Quick run through Seb this afternoon - 8 named, 7 ornate and 1 treasured chest - treasured was from Imperial Crypt Guardian.  Surprise for me was Firefury Leggings from Hierophant Prime Kularn.

Went to Chardok - seems the rhino was up for you because he still is based on PH/named basis so still on 12 minute respawn with 50/50 chance of named.  That's why he was back up for you before the others, you just got lucky and had him as a named rather than PH.  Respawn seems to be in excess of 2 hours, definately longer than the 24-25 minute average per named before the change with the 12 min respawn/50% chance.  Seems like this is going to make named more rare, rather than up for people more often since one group working their way through means no named for others for quite a bit of time.  Doesn't sound like by your group's experience master drop rates were adjusted at all to account for longer respawns either so looks like master's will become rarer with the next update.

hmmm? he still only gives me the old quest - nothing new... taking the old quest - deleting it - nothing changes, still only getting "void tempest continue" from him. my char is a copy-over from live.

It will buff the group. It appears only to buff a single target if not in group. The target description now says Other Group. </p><p>I only had one other person in QH when I was testing so was limited in that there was no group to cast it on (not my own) to see if it would do more then one other person in a different group together. </p>

On Test-Copy and Dungil will not talk to me at all. I've spammed hailing him in every which way possible so many times, I feel like the kid in the back seat of the car asking, "Are we there yet?"I went out to Antonica and talked to an Adept, Dungil wouldn't talk to me. I went to the Seeress who actually TOLD me to go talk to Dungil, and Dungil <i>still</i> would not talk to me!Help. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>As you have noticed, something is amiss with Librarian Feldarn.  He continues to revert to his original version... the one that offers the GU 46 live event quest.  I am working at resolving this bug, but I don't want you to have to wait for my fix so that you can dive into the event.</p><p>So until it is resolved, I have killed the original Feldarn and forced the new version to spawn on the Test and Test Copy servers.  This is the version that offers the GU 47 live event quest.  I am sorry for the issue, but boy do I appreciate it being found now!!</p>

I could not get quests from either alignment last night (this morning for you guys). I tried everything to get him to start the quest dialog - clicky hailed, right-clicky hailed, H hailed, waited til IG morning to hail, relogged next to him and hailed, visited an Adept and the Seeress - and nothing. He keeps telling me he's busy.

<p>Unfortunately, Dungil is a bit of a different story.  I can't just replace him by spawning his GU47 version due to how his character was originally built.  (He would show up as an attackable mob!  Ack!) He relied on some other related files to be a quest giving NPC.  </p><p>But the good news is that I have corrected the issue with both of them.  They should both be recruiting help with the next Test update.</p>

<p>If HQ items will be included in the GU for items that will get an update. It said if you had the items already they would be upgrades automatically but what about if you had them and destroyed them? You can not redo the HQs so id hope they would have some way of giving us the items back</p>

<p>If i remember it right you can buy the Heritage-Quest Rewards again on Nektulous Dock from a fellow if you have completed the Quest and destroyed or used it as a house-item.</p><p>By the way anybody seen the mentioned new red question-marks - hadn´t have time yet to go out and look for them.</p>

We took our little foursome to KC for about an hour Saturday night. We're so excited now and grateful for the changes. We didn't make it very far in the time we had, but the point is that we did make it to the first named when before we couldn't get past the entrance mobs! HOORAY!!!I can't tell you how much fun it was even when the first named soundly kicked our butts when the knockback threw us off the wall and into the water. We can't wait to budget time to try again. You don't know what a difference it makes to have hope to be able to do something different. We two-box - four levels 80s, pally and fury; templar and wizard. We're not raid geared. We have the best the quest offers from the expansion, mixed with some master crafted and a few items we've managed to purchase. We're not the A-team - no two-boxing four-man squad can equate to the same abilities of a good single-played four person team, but we easily take on all the trash mobs and pre-ROK zones (excluding raid zones).But we've been sooooooooooooooooooo bored. We do writs and kill trash mobs for the loot to keep from going broke. Beyond that we've been leveling up new toons and working on tradeskills (almost out of toons to level on tradeskills, too).So to have even one zone we can take up to challenge us, while not being completely impossible is very much welcome. Our only concern is that since KC is not an instanced zone, will we even be able to play there on the live server? Will it be too crowded with those of us who have been itching for something to do? Will the farmers take it over?So, we're wondering if there are any immediate plans to make an instanced zone more playable?I hope so.Meanwhile, accept our true appreciation for giving us something to do. We can play it on test even if we can't get in on the live server (which we hope we will be able to do). So this is truly a great moment. Thank you!

I rolled up a new toon on Test on Sat to test out the lvl 1-20 spell drop change, but I made it to lvl 14 without ever seeing a single spell drop.  So, I'm not sure if that's a bug or just a bad RNG. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>FP live event doesn't work again can you please work this out and put some effort t into it this time? </p><p>I got the new live event quest fine but when I go to turn it in he doesn't update the quest instead gives me the update 47 quest again.</p><p>And why can't you guys make formal cloths other colors I mean you excel at recycling tiered and used armor models over and over why can't you do the same to formal ware?</p>
