Rat or Dark Elf?

<p>Hey guys, I am going to roll an assassin. </p><p>Which race is better for assassin?</p><p> I personally like the looking of rat, considering the racial skills,  the rat's racial skills are really suitable for being a scout, but dark elf got 2% double attack and a strong self buff Fury of Innoruuk which made me hard to decide. Is It really a big different at the end of the game?</p><p> Thank you.</p>

<p>Actually, i am curious about Poison expertise. 25% higher proc rate sounds incredibly overpowered, by 25% more triggers it just means that poisons have more triggers before expiry don't they? So in other words, its just a money saver.</p><p>Its worth noting too that Kerra and Half-elves both have a mitigation debuff on a 1 minute recast, which is pretty much every second fight, just like every other assassin CA. At level 79, i think its about -950ish to all mitigation, throw in adept 3 Squeeze and a ruin hex doll and assassins can stack over -2000 mitigation on mobs. its no Dispatch/Debilitate line, but its still pretty great for something usable on a by-fight basis as opposed to Fury of Innoruuk.</p>

Really racial bonuses dont matter if you dont like the way the race look because once you choose that race theirs no turning back
