Game crash. "Failed to create zone"

Hey there I just installed EQ 2 and am part of the live the legacy promo offer. Anyway,  I created a Euridite Necromancer ( My favorite from EQ 1) but when I try to enter the starting zone I get this error saying the game has encountered a serious error and needs to close:<verify> E:liveeq2gameclientsrcGameScene.cpp (4143):Failed to create zone. I have uninstalled, and downloaded/reinstalled again. Its a long process and I even rescanned after I installed and the patcher says everything is there and working.What could be the problem? Thanks for any info.

This error comes about from not having all the files downloaded or having corrupted files. First you will want to make sure you have the optional downloads, downloaded.  You can find these in the  PREFERNCES area of the Launchpad, and under OPTIONS, Everquest II in Station Launcher.Give this a try and see how it works for you.
