Facile Grace, does it speed up heal casting also?

I know it's too good to be true, but Facile Grace down the AA Intelligence tree says it "Increases the Arbiter's casting speed.", with no denotation of speeding up only offensive spells, or healing spells also.Does this increase healing spell casting time also?

Yup, it increases the cast speed on everything (aside from, I think, abilites gained from AAs).

Thanks much.  I did some reading on it, seems like it's only a 14.4% increase at 8 points.  Heal spells take so long I suppose this is worth it though.
