Going from memory I think it's 1.5 seconds.  Just long enough to fire off a CA before it turns around again.

Actually...i think I rememebr it being like 2 sec+. I think the amount of points u put in it increases the time it stays backwards. I have 4 in it now I think.

I'll check when I get home.  I've got at least four in it as I've gone all the way down the brawler int tree.
