The great challenge????

This quest called the great challenge popped up when a guildy made an alt, says get to 20 in 14 says and you get 10gold plus a knight title, attempts to reproduce such event has failed, and ive seen the quest in his log so i know its real, any info on it???

<p>I think this is one of the Living Legends quests that new accounts can get if they are a a referral possibly. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.</p>

I got this on two alts in a row, seems to only be on pvp servers.Edit: Tried this on regular servers as well, and I'm getting the quest offered too.I got my account reactivated for the summer, so it's those people that are now getting this quest.Sucks though, I made an alt less than a week ago, never got offered the quest, and it's now level 24 <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

As far as i know this quest is only if your comming back for the liviing legacy event or if its a new account during it those are the only ways to get it.(i came back for the event and got the  quest but someone else who made a charter at the same time as me who didnt come for it didnt get the quest)

i was gone for like 4 months i got the 2 free months and made a bruiser alt and got the quest. took me 6 hours of play time in TD on my kerran to get to 20.

<p>I might be completely in left field about this, but if I were in charge of this part of the promotion, I woulda made a similar quest for existing accounts that offered a similar but different title.  This way, people could still feel included, you would encourage existing accounts to have a reason to roll an alt and be off in those same newbie zones helping folks out.  Because, frankly, that is one of the things that I really like about this game, how most people are helpful, and one of the things I really hate about this game, is that there is no game mechanism prodding people towards opportunities to be helpful. </p><p>Of course, this may have already been considered, and when taking into account loading down newbie zones not only with the promo account folks but an equal number of existing folks might cause lag issues they would rather not deal with....as well as all the posts whining about how 7 (or12) slots are not enough and its unfair to have a promo title unless they give people a new slot to use for it too.</p><p>Nevermind...I talked myself out of it.</p>
