Updating Drivers

<p>I went through chat support to figure out why my game was crashing after I try to load a character, and I was told I need to update my graphics driver. I currently have the latest Geforce driver (for the 7 series) but he and the SOE tech support website tell me to install a Forceware driver that seems to be older than the Geforce one. Why would I need an older driver? Has SOE not updated the drivers list or something? What's the difference between the Geforce and Forceware?</p><p>Also, if I do decide to uninstall my current one and install the "new" one, is it completely safe to just uninstall a driver like that?</p>
