(( What did you guys do to EQ2? In the past 24 hours, horrible slideshow

(( Getting insane horrible slideshow framerates today for no reason, asking everyone else on my server (Venekor) and its INSANE slow.About 4fps at its worst, 14fps at best.Just walking around open zones, like Fens, KP, Efp, Commonlands etc.I haven't changed anything on my computer, my specs are fine, usually i get 30-60fps normally.  My computer is fine, nothing else is running, just EQ2. I checked task manager... Is Venekor in need of a reboot? Whats going on!! SUPER SLIDESHOW!!! =((really sucks to try to pvp with chop-city graphical slowdown all the time...Was something changed recently last night with a stealth patch?

GOt to be something with you mate.  Id defrag and uninstall reinstall video drivers.  been running great here all day and guildmates gave no complaints.This is on unrest and permafrost.

I've verified with the Customer Service supervisor that Venekor is up and running properly, with no new changes on it.  So far there are no other reports in to use about that server having issues.You may need to power-cycle your modem/router. I would also check your log files, and perhaps delete those if they seem unusually large. Generally I would delete or archive your logs once they reach 100MB or higher.

This defies all theories. Its the server or the game client. Its too widespread to be my computer alone.It slows down HEAVILY in the 'loading entities' section of the Zoning too, crawls to about 1 entity per second sometimes.I even went to school campus and played it there on the school computers (which are sweet graphics rendering boxes for animation and games)... and the same thing would infrequently arise.

I would suggest to /bug it and keep the issues to one thread on the server forum for the developers to read.
