Once at this page, please select Chracter Transfer.  All rules involving a charcter transfer are located there.For support regarding the character transfer service and your account(s), please contact our support staff via the following methods:If you are having problems with the character transfer service you can reach Customer Support at the following areas.Email, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekLive Chat, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding some holidaysTelephone: +1.858.537.0898, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding most holidaysFor issues that only affect a single character, please contact our in-game support (GM) staff via the petition web site.Character Transfer Advice:Before you start the process of transferring you may want to check to be sure that you have done the following.<ul><li>removed all items, including boxes and bags from the broker.</li><li>removed all boxes from your shared character slots in the bank.</li><li>removed all email from your mailbox, this includes spam mail.</li></ul> If you are transferring to a Live Gamer server (Vox and The Bazzar) you will also want to make sure all of your gear is repaired and you have NO experience debt.  Please be aware that if you transfer to a Live Gamer server, you cannot transfer back to a non Live Gamer server.Transfers from a PVP to PVE server are also unavailable.

<p>I didn't want to just delete all that good info above, since as far as we know the automated service will be back, but as many of you know, we only have manual transfers right now.</p><p>If you would like to initiate a transfer request, just <a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=10404" target="_blank">contact us</a> and ask for the manual move form.  We will get you in queue and process it as soon as possible.  All the advice above still applies.</p>
