error report on exiting

Since yesterday's patch I have been getting windows error report everytime I log out of the game on two different computers.

<p>In addition to this crash on occasion,  I'm also have blue screen crashes if I close out EQ2 to desktop on my 2nd monitor.  (Yes I know dual monitors are not supported but some times I just need to do some work too !!)  If I move it to the main monitor its fine and of course it doesn't happen every time.  I'm only mentioning this as its a relatively new occurance.  Until I hear otherwise I'll just file it under Vista not playing well with others again. </p><p>Lariana/Thigia/Xyle</p>
