<p>I am posting on behalf of my husband. On the weekend he tried to log in to his account and got the message 'You do not have an Everquest II subscription'. When following the links to re-subscribe (we thought perhaps a problem with the credit card) the account said he did not have RoK expansion. As we needed to get in game for a raid we continued on with the process, paid <u><b>again</b></u> for RoK and the account now works, so there was no issue with our credit card.</p><p>We have purchased all expansions and adventure packs on the account, and have had a continuing EQ2 Station Access account since November 2004.  There is nothing wrong with our credit card.</p><p>Another of my guildies had the same problem with his account this morning. </p><p>Is this a known problem at the moment?</p><p>I wish this to be resolved please as I don't want to pay again for something I already paid for in November last year.</p><p>Any assistance would be appreciated, I will be watching my credit card statement and requesting a refund if I have been billed again for RoK.</p>

You will need to contact Customer service in the morning to get this corrected.
