......... need to find a couple classes that go well with my SK.  I'm lvl 58 atm, and plan to mentor down and duo with her.  She will likely never play solo, or minimally anyways.  Obviously I am going to try the SK/Inquis duo, but what else out there works well??Thanks in advance,Doonmor, the Unholyhandgrenade of DOL

me and my wife are SK/fury and it rocks, with the HoT spells from a fury and the life taps of a SK my life barly goes down.

I box my SK with a Defiler and they compliment each other quite well. I also have a Fury I level occaisionally with the SK and that combo is not bad either, though the SK/Def combo seems to be more efficient.

I would suggest maybe a chanter or bard as an alternative to a healer.  Most SKs need a personal power battery...heck most tanks do...plus all of them will boost dps and help to mitigate damage a bit through buffs (bards- dirge offers more in the way of defensive buffs) or mezzing (chanters)

SK + Anyone make a great duo combo.  SK's have strong solo survivability.  Adding another class to assist you just allows you to kill faster and bigger targets.   Let your wife try a few different classes and let her pick the one she likes best.

<p>SK + Fury is a good duo combo.  Fury can put out some decent damage to help melt the mobs between heals as well.</p><p>My personal favorite is SK + Defiler.  Defiler is a great healing class for duo, you will have very good survivabililty against the tougher mobs.  </p><p>Go offensive stance with your Defiler friend and rip through the many solo quests in KOS/EOF/ROK, lots of fun and cool loot to be had.   <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

I know most say fury+sk but I really enjoyed my SK & inquis 2 box duo pre RoK. Fanaticism is nice with death march. But both classes are in dire need of bringing to par with the rest of the game which I guess is why I don't really play nowdays.
