Concept art on loading screen question

While i know it is concept art and might not appear int he game, this one has always bugged me...As i Have never seen a place or monster remotely close to this... Looks like it could be a gnome pace, or maybe a orc place. but i never seen anythign i could say "this is that" and never seen a mob like that either... and i atleast got 2 lvl 80s <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

If I had to guess, I'd say that monster was a concept design for the Tellarite... I think that's the name of the monster.. Those blue troglodite creatures.

There was a lot of concept art that was just that. they show that ancient mayan water canal city drawing for Qeynos all the time, yet Qeynos has not even a hint of Mayan culture or design anywhere.

<p>I'm afraid I border on the politically incorrect in my thinking every time I see that image.</p><p>It looks like a veiled woman until I look down and see the stumpy legs on what is obviously the bottom of a big fat body and not the robe. </p>
