Cannot install Rise of Kunark correctly!!! [Help urgenty needed!] HELP HELP HELP

<p>Help!</p><p> My Rise of Kunark all in one expansion arrived this morning from the US. (from us to uk) </p><p>I could not install it, it had 3 errors in installation. Please help!</p><p>1st Error</p><p>Nevermind this error, I have solved it with Tkia's advice. However the 2 other errors still remain...</p><p> 2nd Error</p><p>[The following error occured on the file 'c:Program Files/sony/station/launchpad/dbgh2795.rra'  Acess Denied (0x5) ]</p><p>3rd Error</p><p>[Feature Transfer Error</p><p>Feature: EverQuestII </p><p>Component: Common</p><p>File: c:Program Files/sony/station/launchpad/dbgh2795.rra ]</p><p>Those were the exact words in all of the errors. Please, help needed urgently. I turned off my firewall while I attempted to install it, but that made no difference. The game is shipped down from the US, but I presumed that would make no difference...</p>

I presume you're installing into Vista?Stop trying to install it into Program Files as Vista limits access to this area which will continue to give you problems.  Make a folder called c:games and change the default install path use that instead.  And run the installation as administrator.

<p>Did you completely wipe your EQ2 installation out before reinstalling it?</p><p>If you are still getting the errors mentioned then its stillt ryingt o access the program files directory. Make sure you go into program files and delete everything in the including the Sony file itself and start a completely fresh install from scratch.</p>

<p>Another option if you have eq2 already installed - register the cd key, launch the patcher and let it have at it.</p>

Use either the <a href="http://launcher.station.sony.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Station Launcher</a> or the <a href="http://everquest2.station.sony.com/install" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">EQ2 launchpad</a> to get the patcher installed and start the download going.  Make sure you add the CD Key for RoK at Station.com, then click on My Account and then Enter Activation Code.
