Greetings,

We will probably need your dxdiag results or at least some general system specs so we can narrow down the possible causes.

Greetings,

It ceraintly seems like you meet the minimum specs and then some. Lets have you disable background applications as a first step.

To disable background programs:

1. Select the START button.2. Select RUN, then type in "msconfig" (for Vista, type msconfig in the search bar at the bottom of the Start Menu)3. Press OK4. Select the STARTUP tab.5. In the list, uncheck all boxes EXCEPT for SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY. If you use Windows XP, please note that SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY will not be listed - just uncheck the entire list.6. Hit apply and then OK. Restart the computer and try the game again.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, please reply back.

Can we get some more information about the circumstances surrounding the crash? Does it crash immediately after you start the game or is it triggered by certain actions within the game? Does it give you any kind of error message when it crashed?

I can get to character select, but when it begins to load into the game, it freezes at some point during loading entity resources for 15 seconds, then crashes to desktop with no error message.
