Time Stamp?

Is there a time stamp function?I saw a screenshot of someones UI a few days ago and I can't find it to ask the person how he got it.I remember in SWG you could enable the timestamp function to put the time in front of each line in the chat windowso you could see when someone sent you a tell if you were AFK.I looked in the options but have not found it if its there.Thanks
