I've been trying to find some info on this chat feature called echo. No matter what i use ooc, say etc i always get a yellow echo in the text. I have looked at all the options available and also posted in the newbie forum but had no luck. I also noticed a few other posts on this but with no conclusion. This is getting frustrating, there is probably a simple answer but i cant seem to find it <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/c30b4198e0907b23b8246bdd52aa1c3c.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /> Any info on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

While I look up info on this, you may want to delete the following files and folders:cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.iniTo do this, please follow these directions: 1. First look for your EverQuest II directory. You can find the directory in the default directory:2. Click on MY COMPUTERC<img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />RIVEPROGRAM FILESSONYEVERQUEST II3. Next look for any files explained above and delete them. 4. Afterwards, please start EverQuest II to have these files re-downloaded by the patcher.
