I don't use AV on my desktop, it's a gaming machine and honestly I know what to and not to do to even get viruses. It's basically OS, drivers, and games. Nothing much else on the machine.

NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM! As of GU 43 and the Vista upgrade now I get this error ALL the time. Doest matter where and will happen at the most random times. Next time I receive the error I will post all the information. Upgraded all drivers, Checkd the ram, raised my virtual memory, lowered all settings, and reinstalled. Still getting the error. Also im sorry but im not going to read through 75 pages of forum posts from a year ago.
